Area   -    Between Newtown and Machynlleth in Mid Wales.

Transport -   Leaders cars (5 hour trip).

Cost  -     £50 covering transport, Site fees and 1 meal.

Food  -     Friday evening meal supplied (either on route or near site).
         Saturday breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal (lightweight)
                Sunday breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal  (lightweight)
                Monday breakfast (lightweight)  Late lunch can be purchased in
                               Machynlleth. Evening meal when you get home or your                            
                               emergency rations

Friday pm    Travel set up site.
                    You can wear casual and we will look after them for you.
Saturday     10 miles with leaders and reduced size rucksacks – assessments.
Sunday        12 miles  carrying full kit – change of site.
Monday         7 miles  carrying full kit -  travel home in afternoon.
